This elevator-accessible apartment boasts eight enormous floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Piazza Santa Croce. The elegant and spacious living room opens into a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with working fireplace and room for eight; while the separate, formal dining room can seat up to twelve guests. Bedrooms lay behind a glass door with stunning views of the Piazza.

Located on the second floor (with elevator)of Antellesi Palace, which dates back to the second half of sixteenth century, in a perfect position on Piazza Santa Croce, in the heart of Florence city center. The facade of the building is one of the most relevant elements of the entire Square. The walll decoration consists of beautiful paintings which represent allegorical illustrations, cherubs, flowers, arabesque and plant elements. In this district there are streets full of shops, delightful restaurants and within a few minutes walk it's possible to reach the most important monuments of Florence.

Apartment on one level in classical Florentine style (235 sq.mt - 2529 sq.ft), can host up to 6+1 people and offers 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. At the entrance a corridor leads on the right to the first bedroom with double bed(mattress 160 cm - can be divided) which has ensuite bathroom and direct access to the dining room. On the left in the corridor is the second bedroom with two single beds (mattress 90 cm - can be joined together) with double glazing windows overlooking the Square. Follows the dining room furnished with 12 seater table; here there is a door which leads to a small hall with direct access to the first and the second bathrooms: the first one has both bathtube and shower stall, the second bathroom has a shower with curtain. There is also a small laundry room.


The door located on the the right of the living room leads to the third bedroom with double bed (mattress 160cm - can be divided) and the bathroom which has a shower with curtain. From the dining room it's possible to reach the living room, furnished with couches and flat screen TV, which has direct access to the modern and well equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a relaxation zone with windows overlooking the Square.

Independent heating, air conditioning: a split for each bedroom( 3 split), 1 split in the living room, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the small hall.
