This elegant, exclusive and well equipped villa has been recently renovated to provide every comfort. It's set in a stunning position overlooking the unique and beautiful Romazzino Bay, one of the most incredible beaches of Costa Smeralda.  

The property is part of a marvellous and peaceful residential area where privacy and relaxation will be easy to find. Just a few steps from the electric main gate, through an arch of bougainvilleas, there is the entrance entrance to the villa. The villa is one floor and upon entry opens onto the double panoramic living room area. The living room has sliding windows overlooking the sea as well as the swimming pool. It also has desired technology/entertainment such as a plasma Satellite TV, Internet connection, DVD player and comfortable white sofas.

Adjacent to the living room there is the dining area with an iron made table and crystal top that seats 8 guests; next to the dining area there is the fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a double bedroom with a private bath and separate entrance, ideal for staff or a nanny. The 4 bedrooms - 3 double bedrooms and 1 single are located on the opposite side of the of the villa next to the living area. All rooms have private shower baths, air conditioning and private patios with access to the gorgeous immaculate Mediterranean garden.

A lovely and well maintained swimming pool will be found facing the sea with a sundeck, designed sun chairs and barbecue area. Below the pool area is the garden which descends towards a road that leads to Romazzino Bay with its famous 5 stars Resort; through a little gate and only an 8 minutes walk will bring guests to Romazzino beach where we can provide our guests, umbrellas, sun chairs and sun beds upon request.
